Coming back to US after 1year on F1

Hi all,

 
One of my Cousin completed her Masters in US May 2012 but later for some family issues she left India without taking her OPT.

She left India year and half ago..and her F1 Visa expires May 2015.
 

My questions are:

 
1) Can she come back to US by applying some other university for MBA course.
2) If yes does she need to go stamping again?


 Can you please tell me her options?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

She can apply for admission to any suitable  University. She would need the visa stamp once more.

1.Yes

2. No bcos her current F1 visa is still valid.

itz been 1.5 yrs she left US, she can come back with new Admission without Stamping?

 

Will there be any issue at POE?

She needs a new visa stamp, since it is more than 5 months since she left.
