hemanta1.nayak@gmail.com
Dear Friends, I am working on US on L1B Visa . My visa is getting expired on 24 – APR – 2014 and my I-94 is valid up to 24- Feb – 2015 When my wife came to US , she got her I-94 valid up to 24 – APR – 2014 ( upto my visa expiry). Right now she her i-94 is valid up to 24-APR - 2014 . Would it be possible to apply her I-94 extension on the basics of my I-94. If yes what is the procedure and when we should start applying for it . if i apply for I94 extension and it got rejected , does it going to decrease my I-94 dates .. Link to comment
itsmeusa
If you have underlying L1b petition approved until 24-Feb-2015, then only you can file for your spouse's extension. You can not file for your spouse's extension solely based on your I-94 dates, you must have approved underlying petition. Visa is a just an entry document. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Why did your spouse get the I94 till your passport expiry? Is your L1 a blanket L1? Link to comment
