I have worked for one MNC for almost 7 yrs (2006-20013), one of my ex colleague is ready to give me an experience letter, but he has joined the company 1 yr later to me, is it valid if I can get a experience letter from him? Do I need to modify my resume per experience letter? How does it matter if I show career gap of 1 year in resume? Link to comment

Secondly discuss the matter with any company sponsoring your GC. Also BS plus 5 or MS as a minimum requirement equates to EB2. You do know you need a sponsor.? Link to comment
