H1 transfer from A to B and A to C

Hi All,

I was working in US for employer A on H1 B while I got an offer from employer B. They applied for my visa transfer but unfortunately I had to return back to India before it got completed. The transfer is in RFE now. I have got an offer from employer C now. They want to do my visa transfer. My question is:

1) Can I have another application for visa transfer while one is already in progress?

2) If yes, can the RFE in current transfer create the problems in new transfer?

 

I am still in India. Please let me know. It is very urgent.

1. Yes, you can. And its not visa transfer, its H1 transfer. It will be transfer from A to C

2. Forget about B. Now your transfer will be from A to C.
