EAD Expired, renewal?

GC filed by employer in 2004 PD Aug 2007, concurrent filing of 140485

 

was on H1b, lost job in 2011

H1b expired in Apr 2012, EAD expired in Dec 2012

 

Relocated to India in Apr 2012

 

Returned to US in Nov 2013 on B1/B2

 

Can file EAD renewal?

 

Do i have to show I am working on project? Does this gap ok or they may deny EAD app

 

if not EAD then Is it ok to apply fresh H1, wud be H1 transfer I am told.

 

Please help.!!!

Since you do not mention AP your AOS was presumably considered abandoned. You need to find a H1 sponsor and then have them file a H1 petition for you to let you come back legally. Also please talk to a Lawyer about your situation.
