vinsud
I have I-140 approved in EB2 with my current employer (A) and I am in 6th year of H1, PD not current. Now moving to a new company (B), they promised me to do GC in EB2 after an year of employment. My questions are, 1) Can I use my PD when my new employer (B) files for GC? 2) When filing the GC should the job requirement be same as with the one filed with emp A? 3) If I had to move to a new company © there after (if something does not work out right with B), can I still use my approved I-140 from employer A for H1 transfer? pontevecchio
1. Yes 2. No 3. As long as the I-140 is not revoked before the H1 extension is approved. Link to comment
