B2 visa for parent in law

Hi,

I am currently in H1B and my wife about a year ago changed her status from h4 to F1 and she is currently in OPT.

We are planning to apply for her parents b2 visa. These are my doubts.

1. Who should send the invitation and supporting financial documents and i134.

2. If they self sponsor then I 134 is still needed. What is the minimum amount in bank one needs to show for self sponsorship.

1. You are on H1 which is a temp work visa, and a temp worker inviting a guest doesn't make any sense. Just fill I134 and do nothing, that's it.

2.Their is no min bank balance, just fill it with whatever you have and send it to them.
