EAD Applied. Priority date retro on next month..

Dear Expert

I've applied for I765 - EAD on Sep 20 2013 when the EB2 priority became current for my case(Apr 2008)..

In Dec visa bulletin, the EB2 priority date got retro to Nov 2004.

 

In this situation what happen if I didn't get EAD/AP before end of this month.. Does USCIS process my EAD application. Do they approve EAD for the application filled earlier even though EB2 is not current on Dec.. Pls advice.

You applied when the dates were current and moreover your AOS is presumably on file. You will get the EAD.
