H4 Visa for Husband in Germany

Hi,

 

I am currently holding H1B visa and my husband is working in Germany on some work permit. He wants to come to US for Vacation of one month

I am planning to apply H4.

Will he able to do it from Germany?

If he is able to apply will there be any trouble in approving the petition as he want to come on vacation but not stay as dependent?

Yes, he can apply at a US consulate in Germany. No issues for him.

Since he qualifies for the H4 visa filing there should be no problem.
