h1btest Posted November 1, 2013 Author Report Posted November 1, 2013 My passport is expiring in feb 2016 and visa is expiring sept 2016. CBP officer said he could renew i94 to the date of expiry on my passport. He will not be able to give until my petition expires as my passport is expiring first. He also said , once i get the new passport, i either have to exit the country and come back again or fill form I102 with filing fees 330$ and submit it to uscis for i94 extention which is after feb 2016.
