EAD form - can't find current status for "who may file"

I am a US Citizen by birth. I recently married a Russian citizen who was here on an F-1 student visa (yes, it's a valid marriage).

 

We are currently filing the I-485, I-130 and other forms and wish to file the EAD (I-765) with the package, however on line 16 of the I-765 it says to go to the instructions and place the number and letter of the eligibility category for the form. 

 

I cannot find an applicable eligibility category for our situation. 

 

She is not on a K-1 or Fiance visa but is currently on an F-1 and we are filing for "Adjustment of Status"

 

Maybe I am blind, ignorant, or reading the instructions incorrectly but I can't find any of the categories that are applicable to our situation of someone on an F-1 visa who legally marries a US citizen.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We want to get this package off today.
