EAD Dependent Visa Question (My Wife And My Daughter Are In India)

Hello,

 

I have an EAD (EB3) sponsored through a restaurant under a Indian specialty  cook. I got my EAD in 2007, I-140 was approved in 2005 and I have a pending I-485 since 2007 and my priority date is Jan 2006. I have been renewing my EAD since 2007 onwards. From last year I am no more employed with the employer who filed my i-485. And last year I opened my own retail business and therefore not working for anyone right now. I have visited my family back and forth many times through advanced parole. My questions are:

 

1) Will it effect my Green Card?

2) My Wife and Child is in India, I got married after I got my EAD. So they are stuck in India since 2009. how can I bring them here since EAD does not grant dependent visas (My wife got rejected for F1 Visa (3 times) and B1/B2 visa(one time). Any solutions to bring them here.

3) Can I change the status to another category, what are the changes and risks in doing so.

You should discuss your matter with the firm of Murthy or any of your choice. Maybe an investment based route?
