Hi

I carry approved H1 B petition copy,but never worked on H1 B.So,my current employer revoked it.

1) Am I still eligible for H1 B cap exempt ?

2) Till how long you can search for new H1B till its validity date or till 6 years?

2) Any problem if current/new employer go for new H1B filing?

1. Usually,yes.

 

2. Till the law changes or till you get a new H1 sponsor whichever is later.

 

3. It is ALWAYS a new H1 petition filing, though non cap.
