My company taken docs for filing L1B to L1A.. meantime they took my docs to start GC processing via EB2, i am completing 5 years of US stay by May 2014. To what level of process of GC i need to reach before May 2014 to continue my stay in US even if my L1A VISA rejects.. Link to comment
