After coming back to US I have moved to a different company where I got H1-B till 2013 Dec and last month I applied for H1-B extension. I got extension till 2016 Aug. Now on my passport I have visa till 2014 Aug and I have H1B visa till 2016 Aug. Do I need to go for visa stamping if I want to go India? Thanks in Advance!! Indu. Link to comment

When ever you reach port of entry ..you need show them your new I-797 and mention that you moved to different company. At port of entry ..they will ask all these questions. 1) Why did you change? some other questions. Link to comment

If you are traveling before August 2014 you do not need a new visa. Link to comment
