Saifesta
I am going to India for a vacation and have scheduled my H1B Visa stamping appointment for end of this month. This is my 7th year extension stamping and i have an approved I-140 with my current employer. I work in EVC model. Was able to get both the Client/Vendor letter, but the issue is client letter does mention an end date of 12/31/2013 and they cannot give me a letter without the end date. I been working with Client for over 2.5 years. The contract gets extended at the end of the Year. The issue here is since the client mentioned the end date in the letter, would i have any issues ? The vendor letter does state that there is a high possibility of extension. Thanks, Imo Link to comment
shekar11#
Mentioning end date in client letter is not good. Because your visa could be issued only till that date since it says that it is your last day of work. Link to comment
