ram9 Posted October 10, 2013 Report Share Posted October 10, 2013 Hi All, I have a bachelors degree in arts(from India), and did my 1st masters related to arts(in US)......later I did my 2nd masters in Computers(in US) from an un accreted university.......but I have been working in IT since last 3 years on H1........how can I support myself when I go for stamping........ USCIS provided your work permit doesn't need the DOS do the same. If the VO doesn't ask u about your educational background then you are lucky Link to comment

Thanks in advance Ram You won't get a visa stamp. And your H1 is probably going to be revoked retroactively, since it was approved in error. You don't have a degree in IT. You have a worthless piece of paper from some diploma mill. Link to comment

He has some worthless piece of paper from an unaccredited diploma mill which can't be used for anything. The OP would have to work in his only field of study, which is arts. Link to comment
