Though I found lot of positive info and experiences, I am jus a lil skeptical about this topic. My H1B visa stamp got expired last month, but I've my extended I797 with I94 attached to it till next 3 yrs. I am planning to go to canada just to visit for a week and not to apply for new visa. I am an Indian and so as per the regulations I should be eligible to utilise AVR. Just wanted to know most recent experinces of yours or your friend's who used this and entered USA without any hiccups. Please provide your valuable replies. Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted October 1, 2013 Report Share Posted October 1, 2013 As long as you have a visa to visit Canada you will be able to use AVR. Make sure to hold on to your I94. Link to comment
