Ash_1
Hi Experts, I have my H1B visa stamped till Oct, 2014 with employer 'A'. I changed employer to 'B' few months ago and have a valid I-797 with this new employer. Now I am planning to travel to India for 2 weeks next month. My I-94 is also valid till Oct, 2014. Can you please help me clarify below queries: 1. Do I need to go through visa stamping again before I re-entry USA (as I changed employer from A to B)? 2. Does changing employer attracts more question at port of entry? Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks, Ash Link to comment
