sunshine99
Hello All, I have my labor approved last week from company A. Now I got a full time opportunity for a company B who is willing to start my H1 transfer and apply for greencard. After that, Can we take any advantage from my approved labor from company A. Also how is it beneficial if my i140 is pending or approved with old employer. Please advise Thank You, Regards, -S Link to comment
