Labor Approved . Can we change Employer

Hello All,

I have my labor approved last week from company A.

Now I got a full time opportunity for a company B who is willing to start my H1 transfer and apply for greencard.

 

After that, Can we take any advantage from my approved labor from company A.

Also how is it beneficial if my i140 is pending or approved with old employer.

The only benefit is retaining the PD if you have an approved I-140.

What if I change the company after applying i140 . So it may approve after I join the new company...will that be okay?
