I attended the court and requested time from the judge to give me time to look for an attorney. But before that I left US and I have not entered US till now and the case is still pending. Is there a possibility for me to re-enter US, any state, without a threat? If not, what are my options? Thanks in advance.
pontevecchio Posted September 20, 2013 Report Posted September 20, 2013 Consult with a DUI Lawyer in NJ and ask him to find out the current status of those charges and also whether there is an arrest warrant pending.
