rajeshppv
Hi, Can you please help me with the below query: I am on Indian passport from birth till 2007. I have attained British passport in 2007. when I have Indian passport I applied for an entry to USA as Student and H1B visa, however these got rejected in 2001 and 2004. (rejection stamps are only in Indian passport) Can I travel to USA for a holiday with out any visa? or as I have a rejection on my profile do I need to apply for visa? Thanks Rajesh Link to comment

I know it was a typo error. Just kidding ;) Link to comment

pontevecchio
If you were refused a visa under Section 212(a) of the Immgiration and Nationality Act (INA)you are not eligible to travel visa free. If your refusal was under Section 214(b) or 221(g) INA, you visit the may register under ESTA, declaring the refusal. If travel authorization is denied, you will be required to apply for a visa.
