Online I94 showing old Date instead of new date as per new I797A

Hi,

 

i came to USA on 22nd April 2012. My Visa & I94 is valid upto 30 SEP 2013., (when i was in company A)

 

 

i changed to company B in Dec 2012, and my new I797A is valid upto 31st DEC 2013.

Also as per new I797A, my new I94 expiry date is 31st DEC 2013...

 

But I94 online at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html shows old date 30 sep 2013 , instead of new Date 31st DEC 2013.

 

What i need to do.

I dont think the I94 that comes with I797A is updated online.

Latest is greatest. What ever you have the latest I94 is valid.

You are fine. Online I 94 are entered by port of entry officers when you come into the country. It does  not get updated with USCIS approval with new I 94 for extensions. So you are good and shud not have any issues.
