Approved I 140 under NIW-Changing jobs

Hello,

 

Situation: 

 

 I am on H1B, have my I 140 approved, under NIW physicians category(self petition). I finished 5 years of requirement working in medically under served area and recently submitted the relevant documentation to USCIS. Priority date in March 2011. 

 

Questions:

1. Can I change the job to a different employer (of course, that can sponsor H1B).

2. If I change the job, will my approved  I-140 continues to  hold good ? or Do I need to start all over again?

3. If I need to do all over again, what kind of employer I need to  look for to stay in EB 2 category?

NIW does not even mandate an employer. You can change jobs or start your own practice.
