j1MDwaiver
Hi, I am on J1 sponsored by the ECFMG, my wife is a naturalized US citizen. We have 3 american children. The boy was diagnosed with autism and is currently receiving special education and therapy. Also my father inlaw (US citizen, living in a different state) has been fighting cancer. How feasible would be to get an exceptional hardship approved? Thank you for your time Link to comment
pontevecchio
From what I gather hardship waivers are very difficult to get. Your first step should be to consult the firm of Murthy or any of your choice. It is not impossible if you use a good firm to maximize your chances. Link to comment
