I am on H4 visa. I got an admission in a college and i am in to my 1st semester.

 

I want to change my status from H4-->F1. I have plans to visit india in december.

 

Can i attend the visa interview in india for F1?

 

what happens if my visa get rejected?

 

can i come back on H4?

Yes, you can apply for F1 status in India and enter US. If your F1 is rejected and if they do not cancel your H4 visa then you can enter US with a valid, unexpired H4 visa
