Port of departure different than the Port of entry, US

Hi,

My in-laws would like to visit to US (, they already have a 10 year multiple entry tourist US visa). However they would like to enter US in Houston and then when they are flying back to India they want to exit US from San Francisco.

 

Will they face any problem if they enter at some port of Entry and then exit from some other city?
