h1bvisa_canada
Hello, I am currently on my first H1B which ends on 09/30/13 (I do have my Visa Stamped @ Vancouver, Canada) I applied for H1B Extension which got approved and it starts from 10/1/13 onwards. I am currently planning to go for my Visa Stamping in the second week of September @Vancouver, Canada. My question is 1) Can i go for my Visa Stamping prior to 09/30/13 or will it be an issue? 2) Just incase there is a rejection, can i return back to US on my current Visa? Thanks in advance. pontevecchio
Often the existing visa is cancelled without prejudice in which case you cannot come back directly. How about letting the forum know what happens in your case? Link to comment
