Does any one know what counties or state or government agencies can sponsor H-1B or J-1 research positions? I graduated with Master of Public Health and looking for job from last October. I am maintaining my F-1 status currently. Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Any employer can sponsor an H1. Not everybody does, for a number of reasons.

The job ad would often say if they sponsor an H1.
