F1 visa stamping

I am going to India to get my visa converted to f1 from H4.

 

HI

By the time I attending  the visa interview I will be completing 50% of the course.
.
I am not interested in CPT but would like to use OPT and then get a work visa if possible. I did not apply for COS here in the US.
I also am aware that I can find a sponsor after my course but I dont think it is that easy compared to going to H1 from OPT.

I have read many posts similar to this but could not find any info about a successful visa stamping similar to my type i.e H4-F1.

My spouse has his I140 approved and I read that it can be problem to me. I am willing to take risk of a rejection.
I just want to find if the rejection rate is higher or the approval rate for my type of cases?

You should be fine. My friend's wife got her stamping recently with no issues.
