F1 to H4 COS pending

Hello Everyone,

My wife cos application I-539 to convert her visa from F1 to H4 is pending.

We got receipt notice on March 18, 2011 and her OPT expired on March 24, 2011.

I am pretty much sure she gets it as I submitted all required documents.

1) What if the application gets denied. Do we have enough time to re-apply or to file another application?

2) Will she get 60 days grace period or she need to move out of US immediately?

Please let us know.

1. Why would it get denied? Why is the world round?....

2. Since it is past the 2 months of grace she will need to leave and come back on the H4 visa.

You are worrying about nothing. She will get her H4 status.
