It may take up to 60 days to restart the program, so the group leader want to make me a 60-day-unpaid leave. Since I have already used 80 unemployed days, I am worried about the status. I will be still on the list of employee and is not fired by the company, does this leave count toward 120-day OPT rule? Thanks, Link to comment
