thiyagarajank1 Posted August 17, 2013 Report Share Posted August 17, 2013 Hi, I have valid H1B visa until Jan 23, 2014 and I recently got engaged and my marriage is scheduled on Nov 14, 2013. My question is If my wife goes for H4 stamping in India, Chennai consulate with my two months H1 validity will she get stamp. I asked my company to extend my visa though they said that they will extend it after my return on Nov 23, 2013 Please kindly give your valuable suggestion and advice.
