H1 -> H4, H4 -> F1, F1 -> H1

HI 

Here is my case scenarion

 

1. H1B in 2008

2. H4 in 2009 

3. F1 in 2010

4. Now I am working on OPT and i want to transfer to H1.

 

I am cap exempt for H1. But i do not know the process of transfer from, OPT to H1.  What are the forms and documents required for it? If anyone could help, I would really appreciate that.

H1 Petitions are filed by the employer. First find a H1 sponsor/employer.

Any H1 sponsor needs to file a H1 petition for you with COS from F1. On approval you can start.
