H1B extension filing while transfer is pending

Hi,

 

I have a H1B transfer filed in premium processing which is pending as it went to RFE.Since my visa is about to expire can I file for an H1B extension in parallel.

 

Will there be any problem if in case I file my H1 extension and continue with my current employer after filing the extension.

Im sure when the H1 transfer happens they'll extend it too. But wait for senior members to respond.

You can continue with your current employer even if another H1 petition is pending.

My doubt was what if my RFE is not responded and if I need to continue with my current employer.My visa with current employer expires in 2 months and I am required to file an extension.Will there be any problem if my transfer  is pending without RFE response when my extension is filed.
