ravgup Posted August 9, 2013 Report Share Posted August 9, 2013 Hi, My I797 expring on 30th Sept 2013 and my employer is in process to file extension. It would be filed with in next 2 week time. I have visa stamp in my passport till 30th Sept 2015 and also have I-94 till 30th Sept 2015. My question is, Once my petition gets approved and if i travel to India by mid 2014. Should i required to go for Visa stamping again? I have visa stamping that is valid till Sept 2015. Please advice. Thanks & Regards ravgup Link to comment
