srikanthaero Posted August 9, 2013 Report Posted August 9, 2013 Hello,I have come to USA last week on a business trip (B1 VISA). My wife has come along with me (B2 VISA). At port of entry, the immigration officer stamped B1 on the passport for me and my wife. It is supposed to be B2 on her passport since she is just a visitor. I have downloaded the I94 from the CBP website and even that shows B1 VISA for my wife. How do i get her I94 changed to B2 ? Will this be an issue ? does it need to be done immediately? we are planning to leave usa in october. Kindly help.
