ivaturyv Posted August 8, 2013 Report Share Posted August 8, 2013 Hi Guru's, My GreenCard is currently filled in EB3 category and I hold active EAD and ADP for both myself and my wife. Couple days ago I got a new job offer in California. I would like to take it and have my green card refiled in EB2 using the same priority date from earlier employer. Is this possible? Can I refile my greencard application while been only on EAD and NO ACTIVE H1B? Link to comment
