L1 to H1 COS

Hello Murthy Law Firm,

 

I have come to US on L1 on name of Company A. I have applied for H1 COS through Company B and it is approved. I have few questions here

 

1)My L1 visa and I-94 is expiring on 30-Sep-13 and my H1 is valid from 01-Oct-13. My company A is applying for L1 extension during this month. If they apply for L1 extension will it effect my H1 status?

Will my company A will know about my H1 COS during this extension process?

 

2)If my company is applying for L1 extension and the L1 status extension will be in process. Due to some reasons, Can I continue on L1 during October month and move to H1 in November?

How much notice does A require? Do you think you will not get a H1 visa based on company antecedents?
