Will my H1B approved or not if case is going on in Family coart under section 125 crpc

Hi,

 

I am undergoing a case under section 125crpc  in family coart . This case is for maintenance but it is kept under criminal catagory for faster proceedings.

 

Please not its totaly a matrimonial dispute.

 

Please let me know is there will be any issue during Visa filling or during immgration.

Which country are you talking about as regards the Case? Do you have an approved H1 petition?
