playe27 Posted August 4, 2013 Report Share Posted August 4, 2013 Hello, I got arrested for DUI & Reckless driving, But they didn't file any charges on me in court. When i turned in for my arraignment, they said there is no record of me. I also took "Court registered report - which says no record on my name" from court. No accident, nothing happened just my tire got flat and they pulled over and arrest me. But they took my finger print. I'm going to India soon for Visa Stamping (My first time H1b Visa Stamp), will there be any problem in my VISA stamping. Can you please tell me, which docs i should take with me, Also is this something weird, that there is no record of me even with arrest ? Please help me, it'll be great help. Link to comment

pontevecchio Posted August 6, 2013 Report Share Posted August 6, 2013 If your BAC was as stated spend a few bucks on a DUI Lawyer in your area and ask him what is going on. Show him all the papers you have. Link to comment
