rounak11 Posted August 2, 2013 Report Posted August 2, 2013 Hi, I am planning to go for visa stamping soon, so need little information. My Case: My H1B was approved and at that time i was working for Client A. But i don't work for Client A anymore. I work for Client B. I Have new LCA for Client B also. And i have all the documents from Client B that is needed for Visa Stamping purpose. Does this H1B approval matter on the end client? Is it safe to go for stamping? Please let me know. Thanks
omshiv Posted August 2, 2013 Report Posted August 2, 2013 Although its safe to go for stamping..but you do not need stamping for every Client. What is the validity in your I-94 and petition?
H1BJourney Posted August 2, 2013 Report Posted August 2, 2013 It is safe if you do Amendment and go. Because you are at new client and new location than previous. This comes under material change. Ask your employer about this.
himanshukalva Posted August 2, 2013 Report Posted August 2, 2013 Ya you are good.because My wife had same case when we went to India and Stamping was done successfully.
rounak11 Posted August 2, 2013 Author Report Posted August 2, 2013 @Om Shiv, - My H1B visa is never stamped, so i have to go for stamping. @H1BJourney - My employer is saying there is no need of amendment. Please suggest. @himanshukalva - Thanks :)
