dineshram
Hi, I got an offer from Company A and filed a premium H1 transfer through them. While it was in process, I got an offer from Company B which was better than Company A. Now H1 transfer of Company A is approved and Company B is suggesting me to cancel the Company A transfer so that they can file their transfer. Is it necessary? Will Company B be able to cancel the Company A transfer and file their transfer? I would like to join Company B but incase there is an issue with the transfer, would prefer to join Company A since I have already resigned from my current company. Please let me know if Company B can cancel Company A's transfer? Link to comment
jairichi
Ask company B to file a H1B petition for you in PP. And, once approved join them. Link to comment
pontevecchio
It is not necessary to " cancel" . But you are bound by the terms of the contract with A, if any. Link to comment
