H1-B stamping question

I am currently employed with company A and accepted an offer from company B and my H1-B has been transferred to company B.

 

I have given my resignation at company A with a last date of September 6th and will be joining company B on Sept 9th

 

I am travelling to India in August for 3 weeks during which I should go for stamping. My question is, when I go for stamping, should I go for stamping as an employee of Company A or B?

You should go for stamping on the basis of the approval with B.

I went for stamping before in 2009. My concern is that when I travel to India, I am still an employee of Company A and will join Company B only when I come back. Would it be a problem if I go with Company B?
