Travel to India while concurrent processing

My Scenario

 

I am on L1A extension as my Visa has expired in 2012. My employer has applied for GC under EB1 (concurrent filling). Both my I140 and 485 are in process. I have received by EAD/AP document and would need to travel to India. Will I have any problem while returning to US in 4 weeks without a Visa. Will my EAD/AP document along with 485 receipt notice be sufficient?

 

Please advice.

As long as the I-140 is not denied and I am not suggesting it will be, You can come back on the basis of the AP.
