Child travelling with family friends on Advanced Parole

My family is travelling back to US and they have advanced parole. Unfortunately my wife had to stay back and my son will have to travel back along with family friends because his school will be starting. The family has h1 visas. If my son is travelling with his AP, passport and a letter to the airlines when my son is boarding the flight - will that be suffient information to get a clearance at the port of entry.

 

Can anyone share your experinces?

An affidavit signed by you and your wife or separate affidavits stating the facts would be prudent. Also actually talking to the Airline will be a good idea. Usually no problems.

Please check with the airline and company attorney to see if a simple letter will be sufficient to permit him to travel across international borders without a parent. International kidnapping is a major issue; while this is not the case in this instance, everyone is super sensitive. I do not know what is required. I suggest that you not depend on a forum for advice.
