When I last entered US , my i-94 was stamped till 25 sep 2013 because my passport was expiring on 25-Sep-2013. I got an RFE saying that I need an approved non immigration status from Sep 25 2013 until Oct 1, 2013. Can any one suggest what do I do? I went to Border and Patrol office but they said they cannot help. Link to comment
