H4 - Stamping In India (After H1 Transfer)

Hi,

 

Please help me..

 

My H1 got transferred in USA in May But my wife H4 was not transferred. She is currently in India and has H4 Visa stamped till NOV with Previous employer.

 

My Question is :

 

1). Can she directly go to H4 Visa Stamping in India With out H4 Transfer ?.

2). Can she still travel to USA with Previous Visa ?.

3). If She can travel to USA with previous VISA, will it have any issues if my previouse employer revokes H1 Visa ?.

4). And also if travelling with Previous Visa, will there be any issues with latest process of I-94 electronic ?.

3. NO. He HAS to revoke the H1 petition. She enters by showing the latest H1 petition and her existing or new visa.

My Spouse did a H1 transfer recently and my h4 transfer is also complete. I travelled to india recently and my visa is expiring next month (July 2015)   Do i need to  book an appointment for h4 Stamping or a drop off of the passport is enough
