Porting from FB4 to EB2

I have an approved I-130 petition with a priority date of Feb 2008 (FB4). My employer filed for my GC in EB2 category and now it is in audit.

My question is
Once the PERM is approved and I file my I140, can I port my priority date from I-130 to EB2 ? I do NOT belong to ROW category.

No, the PD can not be ported between a family-based application and an employment-based application.
